Refund policy
We have a 14 day customer experience policy. You have 14 days after receiving your package to advise of any issues and/or concerns with your product.
All returns and refunds are served on a case by case basis. To be eligible for a potential return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase to file the request. Please also note that return shipping is at the purchaser's cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, certain types of items cannot be returned. Some items like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), cat toys, and others cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or on opened/used items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your return/exchange/damage request, and let you know if the request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your request, please contact us at becauseofacat@gmail.com.
